• Problems registering or a Serial Number not working?
  • If you have registered but still cannot sign into your account, please ensure that you have completed the final registration steps including clicking the link in the email verification that was sent out upon registering your account. This email may have been sent to your spam account so don’t forget to check there too.
  • If you are receiving a message that your code does not exist, please check to ensure that you are entering the serial number correctly. Sometimes the capital I looks like a 1 or the capital O looks like a zero. Try those possible combinations to activate a code that "does not exist".
  • If you are receiving a message that your code is already in use this could be caused by a couple different reasons.
    • First, you may be receiving this message because you have already used that code to register your account. This is the most likely scenario. If this is the case, you will need to ensure that you have completed the final registration steps including clicking the link in the email verification that was sent out upon registering your account. This email may have been sent to your spam account so don’t forget to check there too.
    • A second possible reason for a “code already in use” message is that your code is in fact in use by another user. In this case, please contact customer support for further assistance
• Website not loading?
  • These sites are not supported by Internet Explorer. If you are having trouble with pages loading, check to make sure you are using a browser supported by these sites (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc)
  • Another possible reason your website is not loading properly is because you need to clear your cache. Information about how to clear your cache can be found on any search engine.

  • Please contact customer support with the name and email you registered with as well as the preferred email you would like to use.
